About Peptinote

Exact, checkable vial math and plain-English facts for people using GLP‑1 medications and peptides.

Last updated

Peptinote is an independent reference for the moment a vial is in your hand. Enter the vial, the water and the dose your prescriber gave you, and it shows the exact units to draw on your syringe, with every step written out. Alongside the calculators are plain-English guides and compound pages that cite their sources and state each compound’s US regulatory status.

What Peptinote is

What Peptinote isn’t

  • Not a pharmacy or a clinic

We don’t prescribe, dispense, diagnose or give medical advice.

  • Not a seller

We don’t sell, source or ship peptides, bacteriostatic water or anything else.

  • No vendor links

No “where to buy”, discount codes or “research use only” shops, on any page.

  • No dosing advice

We never suggest a dose. You enter the one your prescriber gave you.

Why it exists

If you mix a vial at home, whether it’s a compounded GLP-1 medicine or a peptide, you’re doing arithmetic that is simple to state and easy to get wrong. Small slips change what ends up in the syringe:

  • 1,000×

The difference between a milligram and a microgram.

  • 0.01 mL

In one unit on a U-100 syringe, whatever the medicine.

  • 2 units

Between marks on a 100-unit syringe, so some answers need rounding.

Answers are easy to find. Answers you can check, from someone with nothing to sell you, are not. We think people mixing vials deserve both: exact math with every step shown, and plain-English facts with the source one tap away. That’s the whole idea. Your prescriber and pharmacist make the decisions; Peptinote makes sure the numbers are right.

Where we are today

Peptinote is new and independent. It has no advertisers, affiliate links or sponsors, and no relationship with any seller of peptides or bacteriostatic water. We’re recruiting a licensed medical reviewer. Until one has signed off, our pages say “Medical review in progress” instead of showing a name. Read what review will cover.
