Questions people ask
Which calculator should I use?
Mixing a powder vial: the peptide calculator. Deciding how much water to add: the bac water calculator. A pre-mixed GLP-1 vial labeled in mg/mL: the tirzepatide or semaglutide units calculator. Converting mg, mcg, mL or units, or learning to read the barrel: the converter and the syringe reader.
Is there a GLP-1 dose calculator?
The tirzepatide and semaglutide units calculators are GLP-1 calculators in the arithmetic sense: they turn the dose your prescriber gave you into units and mL at your vial’s strength, and show the FDA-label dosing chart for reference. They don’t choose or change a dose; your prescriber does that.
Are the calculators free, and is my data stored?
Yes, they’re free with no sign-up. Every calculation runs in your browser. To save you retyping, your last numbers and a short list of recent results are kept on your own device only; nothing is sent to us, and you can clear the list at any time.
How accurate are the results?
The math is done at full precision, then shown to 0.1 unit and 0.001 mL, far finer than a syringe can measure. We also show the nearest printed mark on your syringe and warn when rounding to it changes the amount by more than 5%. Every formula is published in how our calculator works.
Can Peptinote tell me how many units to take?
No. Peptinote never suggests a dose. Enter the dose your prescriber gave you, and the calculator shows how to measure it: the units, the mL and where the line sits on your syringe, with every step of the math. If you aren’t sure what your dose is, ask your prescriber or pharmacist before drawing anything. How our calculator works.
Every result is plain arithmetic from formulas we publish in full and check with automated tests. Peptinote doesn’t suggest doses and never sells or links to sellers of peptides.
