Terms of use

The rules for Peptinote’s calculators, tracker, accounts and Pro, in plain English.

Last updated

The short version

  • Education and arithmetic, not medical advice

We never suggest a dose. Your prescriber and pharmacist make the decisions, and you check every result.
  • Your log stays on your device

We can’t see it or recover it. Export it to keep a backup.
  • Pro renews until you cancel

$9.99 a month or $59 a year. Cancel online any time; Pro runs to the end of the period you paid for.
  • 14 days to change your mind in the EU

EU consumers can withdraw within 14 days and get a refund, minus the days they used.
  • Use it fairly

Don’t misuse the site, copy it wholesale or present it as endorsing a product.

Who we are

Agreeing to these terms

These terms apply when you use peptinote.com, including its calculators, guides, compound pages, the tracker, accounts, Peptinote Pro and the embeddable calculators. They include our medical disclaimer. Our privacy policy and cookie policy explain how we handle your information.

  • Browsing and the free tools: by using the site, you agree to these terms.
  • Accounts: when you create an account, you confirm that you’re at least 18 and that you accept these terms. We record when you did.
  • Pro: when you subscribe, you accept these terms again at checkout, including the sections on Pro, cancellation and refunds.

If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. We keep a dated copy of every version of these terms. Email us if you’d like the version you accepted.

Who can use Peptinote

Peptinote is written for adults. You must be at least 18 to create an account or subscribe to Pro. Don’t use Peptinote on behalf of someone else, and don’t create an account for a child.

What Peptinote is and isn’t

Peptinote is a set of calculators that do arithmetic with the numbers you enter, educational content about GLP-1 medications, peptides and syringes, and a private tracker that records what you enter on your own device.

Peptinote is not a pharmacy, clinic, telehealth service, prescriber or seller. It doesn’t sell, supply, source or recommend any drug, peptide, bacteriostatic water or other product, and it doesn’t link to anyone who does.

No medical advice

Nothing on Peptinote is medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment plan or a recommendation to use any compound. We never suggest, rank or imply a dose, a schedule, a protocol or a combination. Our calculators take the dose your prescriber gave you and work out how to measure it. Using Peptinote, free or Pro, doesn’t create a doctor–patient, pharmacist–patient or any other professional relationship.

Always follow your prescriber and pharmacist. Read the full medical disclaimer.

Calculator results

  • They’re arithmetic. The calculators only work with the numbers you enter. A typo, the wrong unit (mg instead of mcg) or a vial labeled differently from what you expect gives a wrong answer that still looks tidy.
  • You check them. You’re responsible for the numbers you enter, and for confirming any result with your prescriber or pharmacist before you rely on it.
  • They have limits. Results assume U-100 insulin syringes and the conditions described on how our calculator works.
  • Not for dispensing. Don’t use the calculators as the only check in a clinical, pharmacy or dispensing setting.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time link that we email to you. There’s no password. The link works once and expires 20 minutes after we send it. After you open it, a cookie keeps you signed in on that browser for up to 30 days, or until you sign out.

  • Keep your email account secure. Anyone who can read your email can sign in to your Peptinote account.
  • One person per account, with an email address you control.
  • Tell us at hello@peptinote.com if you think someone else has used your account.

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. Deleting it cancels Pro at once (see Refunds), signs you out and deletes your account details, as the privacy policy describes.

Your tracker data

The tracker is local-first: your vials, doses, injection sites, weight, side effects and notes are stored only in your browser, on your device. They are never sent to us, we can’t see them, and we have no copy.

That has consequences you accept when you use the tracker:

  • You’re responsible for backups. Use the export in the tracker to save a copy of your log, and import it to move to another device or browser. Exporting is free.
  • We can’t recover your log. If you clear your browser’s data, lose or reset your device, or your browser deletes site data on its own (some browsers do this for sites you haven’t visited for a while, or when storage runs low), your log is gone unless you have an export.
  • Deleting your account doesn’t delete your log. Your log lives on your device, not in your account. Delete it from the tracker or by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
  • It’s a record, not a check. The tracker stores what you enter. It doesn’t verify doses or tell you what to take.

Peptinote Pro

Pro is an optional subscription that adds features to the tracker: unlimited vials, full history and trends, calendar reminders and a printable report for your prescriber. Everything else stays free, including every calculator and guide, and the tracker with 1 active vial. The Pro page describes the current features.

  • Price: $9.99 a month or $59 a year, in US dollars, shown before you pay.
  • Payment: you pay through Stripe’s secure checkout. We never see your full card number.
  • It renews automatically. Your subscription renews at the end of each period, every month or every year, and Stripe charges your payment method the price in effect at that time, until you cancel.
  • Reminder before a yearly renewal. If you’re on the yearly plan, we email you before it renews, with the date and the amount.
  • Access starts right away when your payment goes through. We confirm your subscription by email.
  • Offline use. The tracker checks your plan when you’re online and remembers it for up to 7 days, so Pro features keep working without a connection.
  • If a payment fails, Stripe may retry it. If it still fails, Pro stops and the tracker returns to the free plan.

Canceling Pro

You can cancel online at any time, in a few taps: go to your account page and choose Manage subscription, which opens Stripe’s customer portal, then choose Cancel. You don’t need to call or email anyone.

  • When it takes effect: at the end of the period you’ve already paid for. You keep Pro until then, and you won’t be charged again.
  • What happens next: the tracker returns to the free plan. Your log stays on your device, and you can still view and export it.
  • Coming back: you can subscribe again at any time from the Pro page.

If you have trouble canceling, email hello@peptinote.com and we’ll cancel it for you.

Refunds

When you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. We don’t give refunds or credits for partial periods, except where the law requires it, for example the EU withdrawal right below, or when we’ve made a mistake. If you were charged in error or couldn’t use Pro because of a problem on our side, email hello@peptinote.com and we’ll put it right.

Price changes and taxes

  • Price changes: if we change the price of Pro, we’ll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you. It applies from your next renewal after that notice. If you don’t want to pay the new price, cancel before then.
  • Taxes: depending on where you live, VAT or sales tax may apply. If it does, checkout shows it before you pay.

Withdrawal right for EU consumers

If you’re a consumer living in the European Union, you have 14 days from the day you subscribe to withdraw from your Pro subscription, without giving a reason (French Consumer Code, art. L221-18).

Starting Pro right away. Pro starts as soon as you pay, so at checkout we ask for your express request to begin before the 14 days are over. If you then withdraw within the 14 days, we refund what you paid minus an amount proportional to the time you had Pro (French Consumer Code, art. L221-25). For example, on the yearly plan ($59), if you withdraw after 10 days, we keep $1.62 ($59 × 10/365) and refund $57.38.

How to withdraw. Tell us clearly, within the 14 days, that you’re withdrawing: email hello@peptinote.com from the address on your account, or send us the model withdrawal form below, by email or by mail to VENDOME ONE, 8 rue de Longpont, 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. You don’t have to use the form. It’s enough that your message reaches us before the 14 days end.

What happens next. We confirm by email, end Pro, and refund you within 14 days of receiving your decision, using the payment method you used to subscribe, at no cost to you.

After the 14 days, you can still cancel at any time, but the withdrawal refund no longer applies. If you live outside the EU, the law where you live may give you similar rights, and these terms don’t take them away.

If you’re a consumer in the EU, the law makes us responsible for Pro conforming to these terms and to what we describe, for as long as we supply it (French Consumer Code, arts. L224-25-12 and following). If something doesn’t work as described, email hello@peptinote.com. We’ll fix it free of charge within a reasonable time. If we can’t, you can ask for a price reduction or end the contract and get a refund for the remaining period.

The embed widget

We offer some calculators as a free widget that you can add to your own website. If you embed one:

  • Keep it as provided. Use our embed code without changing the results, the wording, the “This is arithmetic, not medical advice” notice or the link back to Peptinote.
  • No endorsement. Don’t suggest that Peptinote endorses you, your products or any treatment, or is affiliated with you.
  • Not next to sellers. Don’t embed it on a page that sells, sources or links to sellers of peptides, “research chemicals”, compounded medicines or bacteriostatic water.
  • Our call. The widget is provided as is and may change. We can stop serving it, or stop it working on a particular site, at any time.

The widget sets no cookies, and what visitors type stays in their own browser, as our cookie policy explains. If you use it for your business, you’re responsible for your own site and how it describes the widget.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use Peptinote for anything unlawful, or to promote, sell or source drugs or peptides;
  • present Peptinote content or results as an endorsement of any product, seller or treatment, or suggest that Peptinote is affiliated with you;
  • copy, republish or redistribute substantial parts of the site, or use them to build a competing product, without our written permission;
  • scrape or crawl the site with automated tools in a way that burdens it or ignores our robots.txt file;
  • probe, break or disrupt the site’s security, abuse the sign-in or newsletter forms, or introduce malicious code;
  • create accounts with addresses you don’t control, share an account, or misrepresent who you are.

Intellectual property

The site’s text, design, graphics and code, and the Peptinote name and logo, belong to VENDOME ONE or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, and quote short passages with a link back to the page. Using Peptinote doesn’t give you any other right in it.

The formulas themselves are ordinary arithmetic. Anyone is free to use them, and we publish them so you can check our work.

What you enter in the tracker is yours. It stays on your device and we claim no rights in it.

Other names, such as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro and Zepbound, are trademarks of their owners. We use them only to identify the medicines, and their use doesn’t mean their owners are affiliated with or endorse Peptinote.

We link to sources such as the FDA, NIH and PubMed so you can check our work. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. A link isn’t an endorsement.

Accuracy and changes to the service

We work to keep the site accurate and cite our sources, but medical knowledge, product labels and regulations change, and mistakes happen. Each page reflects our understanding on the date shown on it. Please tell us about errors.

We may improve, change or remove free content and features at any time. If we make a change that substantially reduces what Pro offers during a period you’ve paid for, we’ll tell you in advance and you can cancel and get a refund for the remaining part of that period.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent the law allows, the free site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. We don’t promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

This section doesn’t limit the legal guarantees you have as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity for Pro.

Limitation of liability

What we never limit. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for gross negligence or willful misconduct, or for anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

If you’re a consumer in the EU, we’re responsible for loss you suffer that results from our failure to meet these terms, as the law provides. We’re not responsible for loss caused by you (for example a wrong number you entered, or a log lost because you cleared your browser without an export), by someone else we don’t control, or by events beyond our reasonable control.

Everywhere else, to the fullest extent the law allows, we won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site, its calculators, the tracker or its content, including decisions about medication. Our total liability for any claim relating to Peptinote is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US $100. Some places don’t allow some of these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Indemnity

If you use Peptinote for business, for example by embedding a calculator on your website, and that use breaches these terms and leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim. This section doesn’t apply to you as a consumer.

Suspending or closing accounts

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, for example one used to abuse the sign-in forms or to misrepresent Peptinote. Unless the breach is serious or the law prevents it, we’ll email you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. If we close your account without a breach on your part, we refund the unused part of any Pro period.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country, or US state, where you live, and nothing in these terms takes it away.

Please email hello@peptinote.com first: most problems are solved quickly that way. If we can’t agree, the courts of Nanterre, France have jurisdiction, except that if you’re a consumer you may also bring a claim in the courts where you live, and if you live in the EU we can only bring a claim against you in the courts of your country.

Consumer mediation

If you’re a consumer and you’ve sent us a written complaint that we didn’t resolve to your satisfaction, you can refer the dispute to our consumer mediator, free of charge (French Consumer Code, arts. L612-1 and following). You must do so within one year of your written complaint to us.

Mediation is voluntary: you’re never required to use it before going to court. The European Commission’s online dispute resolution (ODR) platform closed on July 20, 2025, so we no longer link to it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add a feature or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If a change affects your account or Pro subscription in a meaningful way, we’ll email you at least 30 days before it applies. If you don’t agree, you can cancel Pro or delete your account before then. Otherwise, the updated terms apply from that date.

General

If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a term, we haven’t waived it. You may not transfer your account or these terms to someone else. We may transfer them to a company that takes over Peptinote, provided your rights under these terms aren’t reduced. These terms, with the documents they refer to, are the whole agreement between you and us about Peptinote.
